Our browser based technology, INFORM, gives you access to market expertise and the resources necessary to meet your comprehensive collateral management needs, for both debt and equity securities.
INFORM allows clients to retrieve reporting on any transaction type, including tri-party repurchase agreements, collateralization of securities lending agreements, bonds borrowed transactions, or collateralization of any other underlying transaction. The Bank of New York’s Global Collateral Management program provides the physical and operational infrastructure to support our clients, through providing the following services:
- Custodizing assets posted as collateral
- Processing of income and corporate action events
- Daily mark to market of all assets
- Handling of substitutions and margin calls
- Assurance of collateral eligibility and sufficiency throughout the transaction
