Timely and accurate reporting of transactions, holdings and corporate action events, as well as easy access to information that may adversely impact trade processing and settlement, are vital considerations for investment managers. The Investment Manager Services (IMS) department provides a main point of contact for the investment managers hired by the Bank's institutional custody clients, and plays a key role in the service the Bank provides. Through INFORM, investment managers can access and manage the information necessary to fulfill their responsibility to our shared clients, by allowing them to focus on their major goal: performance.

Reconciliation

INFORM provides reports and data for institutional investment managers, which is exportable to any of the reconciliation products supported by the industry today. This flexibility, with information available in multiple frequencies, allows investment managers to manage the reconciliation process with ease. For those accounts requesting audited valuation statements, archived history is available for up to 10 years.

Corporate Actions

Using INFORM, institutional investment managers have a secure, automated method of managing the status of a specific corporate action offering. In addition to receiving and responding to corporate action notifications, INFORM allows investment managers to set up a composite account and respond once to a specific corporate action across all their accounts.

Integrated Asset Holdings and Transactions

INFORM gives investment managers easy access to integrated transaction and holding information. In addition, by using INFORM to schedule when reports are run, this information can be automatically provided on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or ad-hoc basis, so that it is available when you want it to be.
