The Bank of New York Mellon’s on-line benefit disbursement system allows clients to make account inquiries as well as view the status of issued payments, so they can validate participant information and payment records. Our flexible payment schedules include monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual distributions.
INFORM provides access to the system through its benefit disbursements icon, which connects clients to PayWeb. Here, they can either inquire about or update their instructions to the Bank for retirement payments. PayWeb gives clients the ability to:
- Add new participants and establish monthly installments
- Change the financial and non-financial data for existing participants
- Inquire into current participant information, such as, name, address, deductions, method of payment, last payment made, tax reporting, etc.
- Make participants inactive
INFORM’s data security and password protection ensure that only authorized parties with the correct social security number, pensioner name or sequential access can gain admission to confidential benefit payments information.
